Project Outline

The Teneo team enlisted the services of Fortini Earthmoving to complete the bulk earthworks on their Cell 5B Gypsum Stack project at Phosphate Hill Mine Site in Northwest Queensland.

Phosphate Hill’s remote location meant mobilisation and resources were challenging however our team proudly delivered the bulk earthworks safely, on time and on budget.

Project Features

Winning of material from dams to use in the wall lift (Ripping with Dozers)
Mixing and conditioning materials with tractors and ploughs
Loading and carting fill materials from dam to the walls using tractors and tandem bulking scraper buckets
Leveling, conditioning in layers and final trimming of the fill on blocks and road boxes with our 160M and 120M graders and water trucks
Compaction to standards of bulk fill with 815 compactors and padfoot rollers
Management of site works to our client's satisfaction
