Pat originates from a family owned and operated business working Cane Farms in Ingham, which sees him with over 20 years’ experience in the Farming Industry alone. In 1994, Pat along with his Father Steve and two brothers Michael and Anthony, saw a chance to venture into the Earthmoving Industry with purchasing 2 Dozers, Tractor and Scoop for Land Design and levelling Sugar Cane. The Fortini’s not long after sold their Dozers and sort after the opportunities with the Tractor and Scoop.
Pat saw the realisation of the Bulk Earthworks opportunity and branched out of Ingham to focus on the Townsville & surrounding market with the Tractor and Scoop. 2005 was the year Fortini Earthmoving was established as a single machinery/operator business. Within the short time frame of 2 years, Pat had already expanded to 4 machines.
The business is rapidly growing and sees Pat and employees travelling throughout the Country, Melbourne landfill, Western Australia Bulk Earthworks, Levee Banks in South West Qld, levelling Cotton, Dam Building, Feed lots, levelling Centre Pivots for Grain, Mining Industry, Field Design and Construction, Subdivisions, Bulk Earthworks and now has somewhat 60 items of Plant and Machinery to sustain the growth.
Pat has extensive Bulk Earthworks experience and prides his business in quality assurance.
